Telehealth
Telehealth/ Telephone Consult Policy
In order for you to have a consultation with one of our doctors via telehealth/ telephone, the following criteria must be met:

The patient must be a regular patient of the practice

The patient must have been seen in a face-to-face consultation by one of our doctors within the last 3 months

The prescribing doctor has FULL DISCRETION and may refuse to issue a script with no reason or explanation necessary
A private consultation fee will apply to the telehealth/telephone consult. Telehealth/telephone consultation fees are the same as face-to-face consultation fees.
You will be requested to make payment after your consultation via telephone. Failure to make payment when requested to do so will prevent you from booking subsequent appointments until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
