Practice Principal
Dr Eve Tsironis the practice principal of Cammeray Medical Practice.
After graduating from the University of Sydney in 1995, she worked at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Dubbo Base Hospital in the areas of general medicine and surgery, emergency medicine, and obstetrics and gynaecology.
In 1997, she established the Warrumbungle Medical Centre in Coonabarabran with her husband Aniello Iannuzzi. Since 1997, Dr Tsironis has also been a Visiting Medical Officer at Coonabarabran District Hospital.
Dr Tsironis is a Fellow of both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine. She is also a registrar supervisor and examiner for both these colleges.
Dr Tsironis continues to be involved in teaching medical students and is an adjunct Senior Lecturer for the University of Sydney. She is also an instructor for the Care of the Critically Ill Surgical Patient (CCrISP) course for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS).
Dr Tsironis has served as a Councillor of the Australian Medical Association (NSW) and the Rural Doctors Association (NSW).
Dr Tsironis was a Director of General Practice Education and Training (GPET) from 2009-2015.
Dr Tsironis is currently a member of the NSW Medical Services Committee.
She is interested in all aspects of general practice and family medicine, with a particular focus on paediatrics, women’s health, emergency medicine and skin surgery.
