Patient Feedback

We welcome your comments and suggestions. If you have any suggestions for improvements to the practice's facilities or services, please tell us using our Suggestion Box located at Reception.


All suggestions are reviewed and considered as part of our continuous Quality Improvement program. 

Patient Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or have a complaint about a possible breach of privacy, please discuss the matter with your Doctor or practice staff and complete a Complaint Form, which is available at reception.

This will be dealt with by the Practice Principals who will contact you to discuss and resolve any issues.
